She has represented hospitals and medical centers throughout Middle, East and West Tennessee at the trial court and appellate levels. Moore’s trial experience includes cases involving medical/hospital negligence, EMTALA, wrongful death, premises liability and the representation of physicians and hospitals in cases of professional liability. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation and a former Secretary of the Nashville Bar Association.
Bills has spent his professional career handling a variety of matters in all phases of litigation, but his greatest interest and professional pursuit is effective trial advocacy. He has a diverse practice with experience in personal injury, products liability, nursing home litigation, health care law, mental health law, premises liability and fidelity and surety law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Nashville Bar Association.
