Tom is a trial lawyer. He has tried more than 75 jury trials to verdict in Tennessee State and Federal trial courts and in other states. He is committed to tireless and effective advocacy on behalf of every client. He learns all he can about the client’s business, medical practice or product and presents a compelling and understandable narrative to inform and persuade the jury. Effectively using technology as an aid in the courtroom, Tom educates the jury and communicates themes that are essential to winning a case from a jury comprised of different backgrounds, interests and learning styles. Tom’s effective advocacy and track record in the courtroom are bringing successful results in many forms for the firm’s clients today.
