Minton Mayer and Howard Hayden selected to speak at Leading Age Tennessee Annual Meeting

Minton Mayer and Howard Hayden have been selected to speak at the Leading Age Tennessee Annual Meeting and Vendor Showcase August 4th, 2015. Their presentation is entitled, “Recent Developments of Director Liability Law for Nonprofits, New OIG Regulations and the Impact re: Lemington Home for the Aged.”

The Leading Age Tennessee Annual Meeting will be held at Franklin Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN on August 3rd – August 5th, 2015.
